Identity (first and last name), contact details (email, phone), organization and title; the content of messages you send through the contact form or by email; CVs and education details in job applications; technical logs needed to keep the website secure (IP address, browser details, time of visit).
Purposes
To answer your requests, run proposal and contract processes, evaluate job applications, keep the website secure and meet legal obligations.
Legal grounds
Under KVKK Article 5(2): processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), and legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f); otherwise, your explicit consent.
How data is collected
Through the contact form on the website, email, phone and in-person meetings, by automated or partly automated means.
Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, personal data may be transferred to the hosting and email providers we use and to public authorities legally entitled to request it. [If data is transferred abroad, the providers and the basis under KVKK Article 9 will be added here.]
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods in the relevant legislation, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Job applications are kept for [period].
Your rights
